Overview

The Applications Support Sr. Analyst will be responsible for maintaining the production environment for Citi's Reference Data Applications, ensuring stability and efficiency while providing technical and business support to users.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of Production Support experience.
• Strong Unix/Linux and Shell scripting skills.
• Good understanding of enterprise distributed applications.
• Experience with monitoring and log aggregation tools.
• Familiarity with Oracle and MongoDB databases.
• Knowledge of containerization platforms.
• Experience with Middleware solutions.
• Proficiency in Java, Python or similar programming languages.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
