The Applications Support Senior Analyst provides technical and business support for users of Citi Applications, focusing on stability, efficiency, and effectiveness improvements.

• Provides quick resolutions to application issues.
• Maintains application systems in daily operations.
• Manages and supports applications and their operating environments.
• Performs risk reconciliations and develops technical support documentation.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in an Application Support role.
• Experience with installing and configuring business applications.
• Familiarity with programming languages.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated analytical skills.
• Experience with problem management tools.
• Ability to plan and organize workload.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
