The Director of SEC Reporting & Technical Accounting at Virta Health will lead the preparation and submission of all SEC filings, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP and other regulations while driving improvements in financial reporting through automation and AI.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA required.
• 10+ years of experience in public accounting and SEC reporting.
• In-depth knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations.
• Experience in a high-growth public company environment.
• Ability to lead teams and manage reporting projects.
• Experience with automation/AI tools in financial reporting.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with ERP systems.
• Comfortable working in a fully remote setting.
