Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in engagement marketing, preferably in digital health.
• Experience with self-insured clients, PBMs, and health plans is a bonus.
• Extensive experience in multi-channel communications strategy.
• Passion for enhancing member experiences.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into action.
• Experience in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and data analytics platforms.
• Experience with Braze canvas development and analysis.
