As a Director of Frontend Engineering at Vida, you will lead the migration of mobile apps to a unified React Native platform while driving AI strategies and enhancing user experiences in healthcare applications.

Requirements

• 8+ years in frontend engineering, with 3+ years in leadership.
• Hands-on expertise in React Native and React.
• Experience with native iOS/Android development.
• Strong product instincts for AI-enhanced experiences.
• Familiarity with backend frameworks like Django or Flask.
• Experience with hybrid onshore/offshore teams.
• Comfortable in a mentoring and hands-on role.
• Location in SF is a plus.
