Accounting Manager - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager with a strong background in financial reporting and payroll management to oversee financial reporting processes and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

In Short

• Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end and year-end close processes.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate with auditors and regulatory agencies for financial reporting compliance.
• Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure payroll tax filings and compliance with regulations.
• Partner with the People team to implement payroll policies.
• Maintain payroll-related records and assist in audits.
• Manage accounting software applications and compliance.
• Lead process improvements for accounting and payroll functions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of accounting experience focused on financial reporting and payroll management.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA or CMA preferred.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and payroll software.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and payroll regulations.
• Excellent analytical and leadership skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
