In Short

• Key sparring partner for C-Level in Product / Revenue / Finance / Engineering
• Collaborate with leadership to establish KPIs and track performance
• Drive automation of internal operations tasks
• Develop and maintain data infrastructure using no-code tools
• Build automated dashboards and reminders for overdue payments
• Measure effectiveness of reminders and iterate on processes
• Define escalation processes for unpaid invoices

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in data or BI in a business context
• Excellent communication skills in English and German
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to design metrics
• Proven strategic thinking and execution skills
• Comfortable in ambiguous environments
• Leadership and collaboration skills
• Ownership mentality and proactive approach
