As a Backend Developer at Viber, you will be involved in developing and maintaining high-traffic applications, ensuring the fast and reliable operation of our platform.

Develop and maintain Java high-availability applications.

Requirements

7+ years of experience in server-side development using Java.
Advanced knowledge of Java frameworks and libraries.
Experience in Async and/or reactive Java frameworks.
Knowledge of cloud technologies.
Familiarity with C++.
Experience with large scale NoSQL databases.
Experience with microservices development using Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience with Agile methodology.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Higher technical education.
