• Lead the demand generation function within a fast-growing startup.
• Create, optimize, and analyze lead generation campaigns.
• Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations.
• Build weekly data insights and performance metrics.
• Continuously improve campaign performance and ROI.
• Manage and allocate the demand generation budget.
• Recruit and develop a high-performing team.
• Understand customer needs at every stage of the buyer's journey.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Demand Generation experience.
• Proven experience running integrated campaigns.
• Deep knowledge of enterprise decision-making processes.
• Expertise in creating programs for the buyer's journey.
• Experience building measurement frameworks for demand generation.
• Strong analytical skills to measure campaign success.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Nice to have: Experience in fast-paced startup environments.
