In Short

• Provide strategic legal counsel on corporate governance, compliance, risk mitigation, and business operations.
• Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts including SaaS agreements and vendor agreements.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate legal risks ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
• Advise on data privacy laws and consumer protection regulations.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams on legal considerations.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school; active membership in a U.S. state bar.
• 8-12 years of legal experience, including in-house counsel experience.
• Experience in tech transactions, commercial contracting, and compliance.
• Ability to balance legal risk with business objectives.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
