In Short

• Manage and schedule meetings via Zoom, Teams, and phone calls.
• Assist in client coordination by responding to scheduling requests primarily via email.
• Support email correspondence and manage the executive’s inbox.
• Organize and distribute client-submitted documents to internal teams.
• Assist with the onboarding process for new clients.
• Work towards optimizing executive email and schedule management.

Requirements

• 2+ years in a relevant role such as executive assistance or administrative support.
• Prior experience in financial services, accounting, or tax-related industries.
• Strong proficiency in calendar management and scheduling tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
