Member Onboarding Specialist - Remote

Overview

In Short

• Serve as an expert on member and caregiver onboarding.
• Manage outreach and education for target members.
• Coordinate with members and caregivers for program consent.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish and English (required).
• 2-3 years of inside or outbound telephonic sales experience (required).
• Comfortable making 80-120 calls per day (required).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (preferred).
• Minimum internet speed of 20Mbps (required).
• Ability to articulate program benefits.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in computer software navigation.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
