In Short

• Serve as an internal expert on the member and caregiver onboarding experience.
• Manage a call list to educate target members and their care teams.
• Coordinate with members, caregivers, and family to obtain program consent.
• Collaborate with the Clinical Team in scheduling virtual visits.
• Manage responsibilities with consistent performance of all KPIs.
• Work within the timeframes of a fast-paced startup in healthcare.
• Perform other duties as required or assigned.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish and English (required).
• 2-3 years of inside sales or outbound telephonic sales (required).
• Comfortable being on the phone throughout the day (minimum 80-120 calls per day).
• An internet speed of 20Mbps minimum with speed test proof.
• Ability to articulate the benefits of the program.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Strong proficiency in computer software navigation.
• Ability to perform duties in a remote setting with minimal oversight.
• Comfort in a dynamic and evolving environment.
