Senior Program Manager (Latin America) - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Program Manager, you successfully usher our client programs through their lifecycle. In collaboration with our delivery teams, you will draft project plans while managing scope and risk mitigation.

In Short

• Support the service delivery or product delivery team(s) in managing resources, projects and budgets.
• Assist and draft project documentation, including budget reports and project status updates.
• Oversee program budget by monitoring how budget is utilized.
• Ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
• Support alignment among project delivery teams.
• Maintain processes to ensure project management documentation is relevant and accurate.
• Determine and set team collaboration style.
• Manage responsibility for multiple clients and projects concurrently.
• Utilize Agile methodologies in your work.
• Provide training on project management methodologies.

Requirements

• 5 to 10+ years of experience in project or program management roles.
• Previous experience in consultancy firms and/or agencies.
• Highly fluent in English (C1 level or higher).
• Strong familiarity with mobile native platforms and Flutter framework.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Experience creating project documentation.
• Proactive communication and strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
