In Short

• Lead and execute design activities across projects.
• Own design outputs and represent design vision to stakeholders.
• Drive understanding of challenges through stakeholder interviews and user research.
• Create UX artifacts and high-fidelity screens.
• Collaborate with developers and QA for design integrity in production.
• Act as a creative leader and mentor junior designers.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and communicate progress.
• Support business development opportunities.
• Deliver clean, scalable design files.

Requirements

• 7+ years in UX/UI digital product design.
• Proven track record of shipping digital products.
• Expertise in building and advocating for design systems.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in UX and visual design.
• Mastery of Figma and experience with motion tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Solid understanding of front-end technologies.
• Passion for designing great software experiences.
• Curiosity and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
