Overview

As the Executive Vice President of People & Talent, you will be a key member of the executive team, responsible for shaping and executing our global people strategy and guiding a highly engaged and high performing remote team culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
• Experience leading People functions for fully remote teams.
• Proven track record of building high-performance cultures.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and HR technology.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Deep understanding of HR best practices and employment law.
• Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
• Experience in technology and engineering-heavy organizations.
