Lead Program Manager - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a U.S. based Lead Program Manager to guide the planning, execution, and delivery of complex, large-scale digital programs.

In Short

• Lead the successful delivery of multi-team, multi-workstream programs from initiation through completion.
• Execute the hard skills of product management as needed.
• Ensure alignment between engineering, product, design, and client stakeholders.
• Monitor program financials and provide proactive reporting.
• Set and reinforce delivery expectations across teams.
• Facilitate collaboration between internal and client teams.
• Implement Agile delivery practices and coach teams.
• Identify and resolve cross-program dependencies.
• Run executive-level reporting and stakeholder communications.
• Mentor program and project managers.

Requirements

• 7–12+ years of experience in project/program/product management.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Demonstrated success managing large-scale digital programs.
• Strong command of Agile methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience managing program financials and forecasts.
• Ability to influence without authority.
• Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, Aha, FigJam, or similar tools.
