Field Service Engineer I - Remote

Overview

This role involves providing on-site and remote technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for various power electronics products, primarily UPS systems. The engineer will ensure the reliability and performance of these systems through strong analytical skills and effective customer interaction.

Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in electrical or electronics engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in UPS systems support.
• Experience with Vertiv Products is preferable.
• Strong understanding of electrical principles and UPS technology.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing UPS systems.
• Familiarity with network protocols and remote monitoring tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and handle UPS components.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
