This role is for a Principal Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Functional Consultant at Version 1, where you will lead the development of solutions in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll and train colleagues.

Requirements

• Expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud – UK Payroll (Essential).
• Knowledge of Oracle Irish Payroll – EBS or Cloud (Desirable).
• Experience with Absence Management or Benefits (Desirable).
• Configuration skills in Fast Formula and payroll process flows.
• Experience documenting solutions and conducting design workshops.
• Skills in creating sales bid responses and demos.
• Knowledge of OTBI Reporting and SQL.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
