Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Comprehensive understanding of Oracle Cloud implementation methodology.
• Module specific experience in Core HR or Recruiting.
• Minimum of four full life cycle hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
• Proven track record of building long-lasting client relationships.
• Oracle certified in your module of expertise.
• Ability to manage communication at senior client levels.
• Strong intrapersonal and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a commitment to continuous learning.
• Ability to work well autonomously and in a team environment.
