Requirements

• Experience in implementing Oracle HCM Cloud projects end to end.
• Project Management experience in a consultancy or systems integrator environment.
• Ability to lead and deliver multiple projects concurrently.
• Familiarity with Oracle AIM and OUM methods.
• Prince 2 certification or similar.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project.
• Experience managing budgets and customer relationships.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Expertise in scope management and governance.
• Ability to assess and mitigate project risks.
