• Lead teams delivering technical components of large Oracle Cloud SaaS programs.
• Assist in creating technical delivery management platforms and frameworks.
• Ensure teams are trained and onboarded onto the Peloton delivery management platform.
• Coach and drive teams in the adoption of the delivery management platform.
• Collaborate with delivery teams for a consistent global delivery model.
• Apply best practices for delivering QA for Oracle Cloud integrations.

Requirements

• BS or BA degree in Business, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Expertise with multiple SDLCs (Waterfall, Kanban, Scrum).
• 7+ years’ experience as a Project Manager with Oracle Cloud exposure.
• 2+ years experience with Oracle Cloud projects.
• Expertise with project management tools (Jira, Microsoft Project).
• Management experience with a global delivery model.
• Prior exposure as Tech-Functional Lead.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• May require some travel within the United States.
