• The mission involves working collaboratively with engineering teams and customer stakeholders.
• Manage all assigned projects, including setting goals and planning.
• Act as Scrum Master and facilitate agile ceremonies.
• Collaborate with client Product Owners and Caylent Architects.
• Review and approve weekly time submissions and monthly invoices.
• Work closely with the team to ensure forecasting accuracy.
• Proactively identify and resolve project issues.
• Champion project experience through excellent communication.
• Mentor new team members.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in managing large-scale programs.
• Prior management of technical engagements with significant budgets.
• Experience in project management disciplines and methodologies.
• Experience leading projects in Agile/Waterfall environments.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present to executives.
• Ability to identify and manage risks effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to understand client business needs.
• Ability to mentor new team members.
• Project Management certification preferred.
• Cloud certification such as AWS Practitioner preferred.
