Oracle Project Manager - Remote

Overview

This role is directly responsible for managing Projects, the performance of project delivery teams, and ensuring projects and client engagements run smoothly. The Manager supervises services as agreed by the client and Centroid in the contract, ensures deliverables are met, and is responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction.

• Develop and maintain project deliverables including milestone dates, project plans, statuses, and budgets.
• Proven track record in growing existing client footprint.
• Coordinate technical resources and facilitate communication with clients, partners, and vendors.
• Guide teams through planning, design, development, testing, training, and implementation stages of projects.
• Define and manage the scope of work with customers and project resources.
• Track, manage, and maintain client SOWs, budgets, and timesheets.
• Provide regular reports including project status updates.
• Communicate potential needs for change orders with clients.
• Establish strong client relationships and support their business goals.
• Maintain knowledge of the latest industry technologies and Centroid Service Offerings.

Requirements

• Experience in Professional Service Management on large projects in the technical industry.
• Consulting experience managing suppliers, resources, and clients.
• Experience developing and managing technical projects.
• Proven people management skills.
• Ability to manage large accounts and/or projects.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• 7-10 years of applicable industry experience supporting large engagements.
