Financial Planning & Analysis Manager - Remote

Overview

The Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis will be responsible for the preparation of the company's financial reporting, which includes annual and interim financial statements for Centroid. This role involves analyzing financial reports and working closely with senior leadership on financial reporting and special projects.

In Short

• Responsible for preparing month-end financial statements.
• Assist in preparing quarterly Board meeting financial reporting package.
• Work with business unit leadership on month-end analysis of Profit and Loss Statements.
• Collaborate on developing and reporting Sales Performance KPIs.
• Develop reports and dashboards for key business metrics.
• Assist CFO with coordination of senior management metrics.
• Partner with Controller on executive management reporting.
• Own Annual Budget and Planning process.
• Update monthly executive forecast.
• Assist with Year End audit support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
• 8-10 years of Finance or Accounting experience.
• Minimum of 8 years in financial reporting.
• 5 years of experience with senior leadership.
• Experience with larger ERP systems, preferably NetSuite.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables.
