Overview

Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) is a key leadership role responsible for driving financial strategy, business performance analysis, and decision support. This role will lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and business analytics to optimize financial outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
• 7+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis, with at least 3+ years in a managerial role.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial software, and ERP systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
