Overview

The Customer Care Specialist will be a vital part of the Payment & Product Operations department, focusing on delivering fast resolutions for merchants and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

In Short

  • Primary point of contact for customers in the Customer Care group.
  • Handle issues related to security risk and financial reviews.
  • Manage tasks such as annual financial reviews and ACH rejects.
  • Support customer retention and assist partners.
  • Build strong, empathetic connections with customers.
  • Ensure smooth operation of key financial processes.
  • 3 years of experience in merchant services or credit card processing required.
  • Strong understanding of accounts receivable processes and payment processing.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite and Microsoft.
  • Knowledge of SQL and Salesforce is essential.

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in relevant fields.
  • Strong understanding of AR processes and accounting.
  • Experience in financial services or payments industry.
  • Proficiency in handling complex customer needs.
