• Responsible for developing and curating training resources for sales teams.
• Focus on ramping up new hires within 90 days.
• Support quota attainment alongside sales management.
• Refine existing programmatic structures for training.
• Build and curate training content for onboarding.
• Ensure training resources are organized and accessible.
• Partner with various departments to identify training needs.
• Prepare online courses and training materials.
• Manage training projects from concept to completion.
• Engage in mentoring and coaching sales teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 2+ years in Sales Enablement or Sales Training.
• Experience in B2B direct sales preferred.
• Knowledge of sales methodologies for SaaS companies.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple training projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Self-motivated and results-driven.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• Experience with LMS or LXP platforms.
• Ability to travel 10%-15% of the time.
