Overview

As a Customer Support Representative at Veriforce, you will handle customer communications, onboarding, and support, ensuring a positive experience for clients.

In Short

  • Handle incoming and outgoing customer communications.
  • Onboard new contractors and support existing customers.
  • Provide support via phone, email, live chat, and meetings.
  • Assist with product and service information.
  • Resolve product and service-related issues efficiently.
  • Conduct contractor onboarding and manage contractor status.
  • Maintain accurate client engagement records.
  • Assist with invoice reconciliation and reporting.
  • Participate in telephonic canvassing for new products.
  • Build constructive relationships with contractors for retention.

Requirements

  • Proficient in English and German.
  • Grade 12 or similar qualification.
  • Previous support center experience.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or CRM tools.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Basic understanding of Health and Safety.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and diligent.
  • Ability to manage contractor relationships.
  • Experience in report writing and data capturing.
