• Drive business growth by providing analytical insights and building dashboards.
• Support marketing operations team in technology implementations and data integrity.
• Build and maintain dashboards and automated reports with KPIs.
• Develop data visualizations in Tableau or Power BI.
• Conduct gap analyses for data acquisition needs.
• Oversee database strategy and data integrity within CRM systems.
• Provide recurring and ad hoc reports to inform business decisions.
• Support campaign measurement and ROI analysis.
• Assist with marketing technology implementations.
• Monitor and improve data integrity across systems.

Requirements

• 5–7 years in Marketing Analytics or Marketing Operations.
• Advanced SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.
• Strong proficiency with Salesforce CRM and Pardot.
• Experience building data visualizations in Tableau and/or Power BI.
• Exposure to marketing tech stack components.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, or related discipline.
