In Short

• Evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimize based on ROI, CAC, LTV, and engagement metrics
• Work closely with the marketing team to align on goals and optimize lead-to-revenue performance
• Use data to identify high-value segments, guide personalization strategies, and improve conversion rates
• Perform cohort analyses, funnel evaluations, A/B test assessments, and churn investigations
• Build scalable SQL queries, data models, and BI dashboards
• Make marketing researches

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or data analysis
• Hands-on experience with multichannel campaign analysis
• Ability to translate business questions into data problems and insights into product recommendations
• Advanced SQL skills
• Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, Power BI
• Experience with A/B testing
• Strong skills in Python or R for statistical analysis
• Familiarity with data warehousing and analytics engineering tools
• English B2 or higher
