In Short

• Design and implement scalable, reliable data architecture.
• Provide technical leadership to the Data Platform team.
• Oversee lifecycle management of data systems.
• Manage and optimize large database deployments.
• Architect cloud infrastructure solutions using AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
• Lead efforts to implement and optimize Dataform.
• Guide best practices for managing network security and data access.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design data solutions.
• Monitor and improve data system performance.
• Participate in on-call shifts for incident resolution.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Database Engineer or similar role.
• Strong expertise in cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
• Experience managing large database deployments.
• Advanced knowledge of data architectures.
• Proficiency with Dataform for managing data workflows.
• Experience in leading and mentoring teams.
• Proficiency in Python for automation.
• Strong experience in automating processes using Terraform.
• Deep understanding of networking and security practices.
• Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
