We are seeking an exceptional senior consulting professional to join our team as a Senior Principal, Bank & Credit Union Marketing. This is a unique opportunity for a partner or managing director-caliber individual to build and lead a thriving marketing consulting practice focused exclusively on the banking and credit union sector.

In Short

• Drive revenue growth by expanding existing banking and credit union client relationships.
• Own and exceed annual revenue targets of $5M-$12M.
• Develop and maintain C-level relationships with senior executives.
• Lead proposal development and contract negotiations for multi-million dollar engagements.
• Serve as the expert lead on campaign strategy and marketing analytics.
• Ensure successful implementation of marketing technology solutions.
• Drive innovation in service offerings and delivery approaches.
• Act as trusted advisor on marketing transformation strategies.
• Minimum 15+ years of experience in management or marketing consulting.
• Exceptional consultative selling skills and executive presence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 15+ years of experience in consulting or agency leadership.
• Track record of success in financial services marketing.
• Experience leading complex marketing transformation engagements.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets of $5M+ annually.
• Strong project and portfolio management capabilities.
• Financial acumen to manage P&L responsibilities.

• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
