Operations IT Analyst I - Remote

Overview

The Operations IT Analyst I is responsible for executing IT operations processes to detect, escalate, and resolve incidents or potential incidents as rapidly as possible, ensuring the stability of IT service delivery across the enterprise.

In Short

• Execute IT infrastructure and application support tasks.
• Detect, escalate, and resolve incidents.
• Provide incident leadership to restore service quickly.
• Manage and maintain Standard Operating Procedures manuals.
• Work with IT Service Management tools.
• Perform troubleshooting and tier 1 resolution services.

Requirements

• B.S. or B.A. in Computer Science preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in an IT-related field required.
• ITIL v3 or v4 Foundations Certification preferred.
• Knowledge of IT Service Management tools.
• Experience with IT Event Management tools.
• Familiarity with Windows Server and Control-M job scheduling.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
• Strong time management and project planning skills.
• Able to work collaboratively at all levels.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
