Overview

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is a foundational member of our marketing team and will serve as the initial point of contact for all inbound and outbound leads. This role is instrumental in identifying opportunities, engaging prospective customers, and driving the growth of our business.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of lead generation strategies and sales processes
  • Ability to qualify candidates based on BANT
  • 2-3 years of experience in business development or sales
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and prospecting platforms
  • Revenue-driven mindset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
