In Short

• Lead high-impact initiatives to improve financial and operational performance across the revenue cycle.
• Design and implement scalable end-to-end reimbursement processes.
• Analyze revenue cycle data to identify reimbursement leakage and optimize performance.
• Monitor payor performance and collaborate with internal leaders.
• Utilize data to forecast impact and prioritize initiatives.
• Evaluate and implement revenue cycle technologies.
• Drive cross-functional workstreams to optimize revenue cycle performance.
• Develop business documentation and manage UAT processes.
• Build and lead a strong team in a fast-paced environment.
• Foster collaboration and process standardization.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in healthcare reimbursement or related financial operations.
• Demonstrated success in process improvement and reimbursement optimization.
• Strong understanding of payor dynamics and claims processes.
• Experience with automation and technology-enabled transformations.
• Advanced analytical skills and ability to translate data into insights.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience building and coaching teams.
• Clinical background preferred but not required.
• Training in Lean, Six Sigma, or process improvement methodologies is a plus.
• Experience in diagnostics or complex reimbursement environments is advantageous.
