In Short

• Support general contracting for Veracyte at the direction of the Contracts Counsel.
• Partner closely with internal stakeholders and external EMR implementation partners.
• Identify contractual risks and propose risk-mitigation solutions.
• Develop templates and playbooks for contract management.
• Collaborate to improve the contract management system (Ironclad).
• Draft and negotiate agreements related to EMR systems.
• Engage and collaborate with team members to achieve objectives.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with strong prioritization skills.
• Contribute to a culture of collaboration and patient care.
• Embrace the company values and support team initiatives.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• At least 5 years’ experience in Life Sciences or Healthcare.
• 3 years of experience with EMR system agreements (Epic preferred).
• Exceptional drafting and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and business judgment abilities.
• Passion for patient care and collaboration.
• Excellent time-management and prioritization skills.
