Overview

The Water Treatment/Wastewater Equipment Troubleshooting Specialist is responsible for providing exceptional technical support and managing customer issues related to water treatment systems, ensuring effective communication and resolution.

In Short

• Provide technical support for water treatment systems.
• Manage customer issues and warranty claims.
• Work collaboratively with engineering and product management teams.
• Facilitate training for internal and external customers.
• Ensure compliance with EHS and design standards.
• Participate in root cause analysis for systemic issues.
• Maintain knowledge of Veolia WTS products and services.
• Lead resolution of customer complaints and issues.
• Document and report on customer technical support cases.
• Minimal travel required for customer site visits.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience with Veolia WTS systems or equivalent.
• 5 years of client relationship management experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical components.
• Knowledge of PLC controls and ability to read control logic.
• Experience with Process Flow Diagrams and Electrical Drawings.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently.
• Experience in Root Cause Analysis tools preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree or College Diploma in a relevant field preferred.
