Overview

As the Head of Sales Excellence for the high growth North America Region of Veolia Water Technologies, you will provide strategic direction, goals and metrics for the sales activities.

In Short

  • Lead sales strategy for North America region.
  • Engage with sales and business leaders.
  • Ensure forecasting and process accuracy.
  • Conduct sales WIN-Loss analysis.
  • Analyze sales by market and channel.
  • Provide commercial inputs to S&OP process.
  • Maintain sales demand view by products and technology.
  • Drive sales force effectiveness analysis.
  • Design SIP to enhance sales intensity.
  • Utilize SFDC and SAP for digital focus.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant fields.
  • Minimum of 10 years of sales experience.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Project management capabilities.
  • Experience in leadership and team motivation.
  • Ability to build internal relationships.
  • Willingness to travel (20%).
