Regional Vice President of Operations - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an experienced senior leader with multi-family property management experience and a proven track record with respect to optimizing property management performance on a national level across multiple regions and markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for property management activity, property management staff and related activity in a rapidly growing platform.

In Short

• Monitor occupancy rates, leasing trends, and market conditions to ensure properties remain competitive.
• Direct and monitor all short and long-term performance and strategic planning initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of properties and teams.
• Empower the team to monitor progress against strategy.
• Effectively communicate with executive leadership regarding property performance.
• Achieve financial performance objectives managing the portfolio’s financial operations.
• Collaborate with the Asset Management team to ensure community performance.
• Form partnerships with Regional Support Teams for maximum performance success.
• Participate in acquisition and repositioning strategies for properties.
• Utilize dashboards and business intelligence tools for performance tracking.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• 10+ years experience in hospitality, property management, or retail operations.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership position.
• Successful track record in prioritizing multiple initiatives.
• Strong business acumen and strategic planning skills.
• Inspirational leader of high-performing teams.
• Experience leading large, complex organizations.
