Global Payroll & Expense Accounting Specialist - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Global Payroll & Expense Accounting Specialist to join our Global India Finance Team. This full-time remote position responsible for managing the payroll postings for our employees across multiple countries, including supporting Internal expenses, Bonus accruals and assisting with building reports for management and partners and much more.

In Short

• Post monthly internal payroll and bonus accruals for employees across 40+ countries.
• Enter and post expenses into NetSuite's accounting system.
• Partner with the People Team for manual payments.
• Reconcile payroll postings with payroll reports.
• Maintain good company partner connections.
• Prepare and maintain accurate payroll transaction records.
• Participate in process improvement plans.

Requirements

• Minimum bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in global payroll processes.
• Experience managing employee payroll across multiple countries.
• Business proficiency in English.
• Technology-literate, including Microsoft Suite and NetSuite.
