Field Service Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Field Service Engineer (FSE) installs, repairs, upgrades, and services 3D printers and supporting equipment for both internal and external customers in the Greater Los Angeles area.

In Short

• Install, repair, and service 3D printers.
• Support customers in the Greater Los Angeles area.
• Participate in on-call rotations.
• Complete training and demonstrate competency in subsystems.
• Collaborate with engineering for product improvements.
• Provide training and instruction to customers.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in engineering or computer science.
• 5 years of experience in field service or machine maintenance.
• Hands-on repair and calibration experience.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to travel and work independently.
• Technical aptitude in troubleshooting machines.
• Experience with safety regulations.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to work in emergency situations.
