In Short

  • Lead a team of Account Partners and Solution consultants in selling Veeva Quality suite of applications.
  • Drive business development activities with prospective Life Sciences companies across India.
  • Build strong relationships with strategic customers and stakeholders, including C-level executives.
  • Meet/exceed pipeline generation and new revenue targets.
  • Accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Manage pricing, proposals, and strategic guidance for sales cycles.
  • Hire and mentor a diverse team of A-players.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Solution Consulting, Services, and Strategy teams.
  • Provide administrative support related to team management.

Requirements

  • 15 years of experience selling enterprise software in Life Sciences.
  • 5 years of experience in leading sales of Quality or R&D applications in India.
  • Understanding of Life Sciences industry and digitization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, professional, and results-driven.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
