Services Engagement Manager - ClinData - Remote

Overview

The Services Engagement Manager (SEM) at Veeva Systems is responsible for ensuring successful customer engagements and representing the value proposition of Veeva ClinData Implementations. This role is critical for aligning with sales and services teams to set the right expectations and strategies for implementation success.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in consulting services or selling services for Clinical Data Applications.
• Minimum of 2 years in scoping project plans and negotiating Statements of Work.
• Understanding of data capture for clinical trials, including EDC and CTMS.
• Familiarity with the Life Sciences Industry.
• Ability to engage with executive leadership.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Collaborative work style.
• Ability to work under pressure with competing timelines.
• Willingness to travel.
