• Support the growing HR team within the EMEA region.
• Partner in building and scaling a high-performance culture.
• Execute critical HR processes and drive best practices.
• Serve as the HR resource for teams in Spain, the UK, and other European countries.
• Manage the entire employee lifecycle, from offer letters to offboarding.
• Ensure an outstanding employee experience and optimize processes.
• Work closely with the payroll team for data accuracy.
• Own HRIS data quality and contribute to global HR standards.
• Support HR initiatives to enhance the onboarding process.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; Italian is a plus.

Requirements

• 3+ years of HR coordinator or generalist experience.
• Solid understanding of European employment practices.
• Exceptional communicator with strong problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, results-oriented self-starter.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; Italian is a plus.
