In Short

• Lead Quality projects as the operational face of a Veeva Quality Consulting team.
• Manage complex and novel consulting projects for Veeva customers in Quality.
• Analyze interesting problems, build insightful solutions, and develop close working relationships with stakeholders.
• Support and mentor Consultants and Associates in developing skills and professional capabilities.
• Identify and proactively solve problems faced by the client.
• Develop and disseminate thought leadership and campaigns that differentiate Veeva Business Consulting.
• Proactively lead business development opportunities and proposals.
• Be a trusted client contact for strategic and operational questions.
• Bring to clients an excellent level of industry, market, and functional insight.
• Manage the work and priorities of team members on your project(s).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and excellent academic record.
• 4+ years of consulting experience in an established strategic/management consulting organization.
• Strong Life Sciences background with a keen interest in the Quality value chain.
• Good understanding of technologies used in Quality, ideally Veeva’s platforms and solutions.
• Proven analytical skills, able to quantitatively and qualitatively assess problems.
• Highly efficient project management skills.
• Demonstrated leadership of others in the delivery of complex deliverables.
• Able to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization.
• An effective communicator verbally and written, in English.
• Ability to travel roughly up to 25% depending on engagement.
