In Short

• Manage implementation programs at Veeva’s largest Vault customers within Europe.
• Coordinate closely with sales to optimize Veeva’s products and services.
• Own customer success and lead as the services executive.
• Service delivery accountability for Global Vault implementations.
• Develop strategic relationships with customer leadership and stakeholders.
• Oversee project execution by the Professional Services team.
• Ensure smooth transition to post-deployment application management teams.
• 7+ years in large-scale program management within Pharmaceutical R&D.
• Experience in technology strategy and roadmap development.
• Based in the EU or UK and able to travel up to 50% of the time.

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge in Clinical, Regulatory, Safety, Quality, or Manufacturing.
• Consulting experience across multiple functional areas for enterprise pharma clients.
• Track record of success leading diverse global teams.
• Proven ability to influence at the executive level.
• Skills in problem resolution and negotiation.
• Works well with third parties and can organize diverse groups.
