Requirements

• 7+ years in managing professional delivery of services in a training organization.
• Proven track record of meeting annual sales targets of $20M or more.
• 5+ years managing a team of 15+ instructors.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships across departments.
• Background in life sciences is a plus.
• Based in the US, preferably in the Eastern timezone.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
