Overview

Veeva Systems is looking for a Customer Success Manager to ensure the success of customers utilizing Veeva Safety, focusing on building relationships and providing strategic guidance.

In Short

• Support 4-6 large, global pharmacovigilance customers post-implementation.
• Own relationships with customers’ application owners.
• Act as a trusted advisor, addressing customer needs.
• Lead meetings to demonstrate success and identify value opportunities.
• Provide strategic guidance for Veeva product consumption.
• Facilitate cross-customer connections for collaboration.
• Help streamline processes and achieve business goals.

Requirements

• Based in Europe (UK, Spain, or Germany).
• 7+ years in life sciences, software, or consulting.
• Strong knowledge of drug safety and pharmacovigilance.
• Customer-facing consulting experience.
• Managed relationships with executive stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
• Legally authorized to work in the EU.
