Overview

As a Customer Success Manager (CSM) – France, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients in the region, ensuring they maximize the value of Giftify’s solutions.

In Short

Act as the main point of contact for clients in France.
Ensure high satisfaction and strong engagement.
Work proactively to boost product adoption and satisfaction.
Manage financial aspects of client relationships.
Capture client feedback and collaborate with teams.
Regularly review client performance and suggest improvements.
Organize client meetings and performance reviews.
Identify expansion opportunities and support renewals.
Travel to meet clients and represent Giftify.

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in account management or customer success.
Strong ability to understand client needs and drive value.
Excellent time management skills.
Strong communication skills in French and English.
Proficiency with CRM tools.
Ability to negotiate and handle complex interactions.
Experience working with cross-functional teams.
Willingness to travel within France and Europe.
